Invoices
Once the Secretariat has received the booking of the services and checked the payment has been correctly made, will issue and send the corresponding invoice of the registration by email (hotels will issue and hand their own invoices for lodging).
Special needs
Those attendees having any disability or special dietary requirements, should state it in the 'Special needs' section in the Registration form of your Private Area.
Cancellations
Registrations and Paralells
If you need to cancel your congress participation, please notify the Technical Secretariat in written form, by sending an email to info@wfcp2022.eus.
For cancellations received before 02 May 2022, the registration fee will be refunded minus a 5% handling fee for administrative costs.
For cancellations received from 02 May 2022 until 03 June 2022, the registration fee will be refundable minus a 20%.
No refund can be made for cancellations received after 03 June 2022.
Social events
Free cancellation until 03 June 2022. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 03 June 2022.
Hotels
Hotel cancellations depend on hotel policy.
